Jacqueline will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at St Michael & All Angels Church in Amersham at 11:30am followed by the committal at the Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel at 1:15pm on Friday 26th January 2018.
